My brother was a cop. He lost his job due to an auto immune disease and is now strapped for cash. He has more guns than he know what to do with and wants to sell off the guns he inherited from our Dad.

My Dad worked in Watts, Los Angeles during the Watts riots. (My Dad was old enough to be my grandfather) he got all paranoid after the riots and bought a bunch of guns. Supposedly, Dad kept a .38 under his car seat wrapped in a towel, and kept this rifle in his trunk.

This is the stangest rifle I have ever seen. It says it was made by a company called "Universal." There are four clips for it. The bore looks fine, but one side has a lot of visible rust on it. I am used to a tubular magazine on a pump action.

This gun is really ugly. When you put the slide forward, all you have is this ugly tube under the barrel in front of the clip.

What would a reasonable price for this thing be?

Vulcan’s were 30cal M1 carbines converted to 357 or 44 mag pump actions.
the originals were converted from rebarreled surplus M1 carbines but they became popular enough that the later ones were manufactured from new receivers & looked a little less clunky than the mil surp jobs..
haven’t seen one in 20 years or so & have no idea what they would sell for now.
