We want to plastic wrap my friends car, but were just doing it as a joke, dont want to cause any real harm. Is there any problems that could happen and is there any good trick to aviod issues…thanks
If the plastic touches any hot parts, it could easily melt and mar the finish. You might be safer doing something else. If you can safely get into the car, plastic-wrap the steering wheel and/or the gear shift or the cup holders, if he uses them.
Another fun thing to do is to stick Post-It notes (real Post-Its leave less residue than the off brands, generally) all over all the windows. That’s harmless fun and a grand mess to clean up.
Filling the car with inflated balloons is fun. Blow up bunches of the little round ones and fill the interior of the car.
Tying helium balloons to the bumper means your friend needs to remove them before driving anywhere, especially if you tie them at eye level.
