I’ve heard and read about this alot, that if you wrap the license plate in saran wrap at night the flash from the speed camera would make the picture overexposed. If you try taking a picture of something shiny at night with a flash sometimes that thing turns out overexposed, so it got me thinking if the license plate was shiny enough would the picture turn out overexposed?
what you and the other people that think its true is that the cameras they use are better quality than a household camera rather its digital or not, its not going to work, plus like others say a cop will notice it and give you a ticket for obstructing the license place or whatever its called, anytime you add to the license plate its illegal, in my town they even just started a new law saying you can’t have a license plate border around the plate if some of it covers up the "North Carolina" or the registration stickers, if it doesn’t cover those things the border is fine, just don’t speed and you won’t have to worry about any speeding or illegal license plate tickets
